Classes are a mix of functional movement, strength and resistance training - suitable for both beginners to intermediates.
All you need is a set of dumbbells, fabric resistance band, yoga mat, sweat towel, water bottle and a positive attitude
Heavier weights are available at every class to increase your strength along the way

I work 1 on 1 with a handful of clients at any one time to ensure personal attention to your needs and progress
We will start with a NEEDS ASSESSMENT to understand exactly what you would like to achieve, your exercise history, and your lifestyle situation - this will help me understand more about your personal situation and how we can get the best out of our sessions together.
